DELIVERY POLICY

• For confirming the safe delivery it is request to the person who orders or to whom the order is receivable that provide the photo proof issued by the related government at the time of order for example -
  • Ration card,
  • Driving licence,
  • PAN card,
  • Adhar card,
  • Voter ID, or
  • Passport etc.
• The copy of such above mentioned document should be submitted with the courier agent which will help us in the process.
• In case you wants to any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf her/she needs to specify details of the same at point of ordering all item's shall be delivered directly to such person and under any circumstances whatsoever the member can not change the Recipient details after the order is processed.
• Users can change the shipping address before the product is actually shipped.
• All our customers ( orderer/receiver ) are been requested to check any kind of expected damage and all other inspection of the parcel, must be done at the time of delivery before signing and accepting the parcel. and if any damage or tempering is caused with the product before delivery then please do not accept the parcel.
• Orders/ receiver when signs the delivery receipt and accepts the parcel then only the process of delivery will be completed.
• We will not be liable for any complaints regarding the delivery after the delivery is completed.
• When orderer/ recover is not available at the already prescribed place then it will be the courier agents priority to deliver the ordered product with you before they return it to the company.
• In case of non delivery the handling charges and the charges of re-shipping will be pahle by the users/ orderer.
• Gurantee for delivery made by the company is subject to term's and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistently / errors in name on address will result in non delivery of the product.
• We will arrange for pakaging and we will dicide on the methode of delivery either by post courier or other wise.
